Digital Onboarding – It’s an Aadhar based onboarding, which captures candidates correct information and smoothen the process of Banks account opening, PF & ESIC. This tool also helps us to Provide online Offer Letters and Appointment Letters.

• Pocket FAME – This is a mobile application to mark the attendance during office Shifts with supervisory access to Kapston and Client. Dashboard is available to the client to view verify and process the attendance. This not only increases the transparency between Client & Kapston but also ensures correct attendance system with Geotagging and Geofencing.
• ESS FAME – Another mobile application empowers onsite employees as a single source for all employee related documents like Leave, Payslip, PF, ESI, Insurance, claim and addressing employees concerns across our all client locations.
• Digi Training – Through our digitised ESS Portal, we engage with our Employees on employee engagement, Learning management, Fun Activities, Queries Management, Governance, which intern helps our client in Productivity.
