K. Chitra, our Head – Human Resources, has over 22 years of vast Human Resource experience in varied industries such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Metro Rail and Healthcare. Her core expertise has been in Talent Acquisition, Human Resource processes, Digital HR, and Talent Management practices. Before joining us, she was last associated with Star Hospitals as Head – HR.

An MBA (Gold medalist) and a Law graduate, she is responsible for developing and executing HR Strategy in line with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organisation, specially in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, driving organization, individual performance management and training & development.
