C. Srinivas is General Manager- Operations and is leading the Security service wing, the core of Kapston. He has 20 years’ experience in facilities management. In his 12 years of journey with Kapston, the company has pioneered Manpower Sourcing, Client Management, Client Retention. His previous experiences include 6 years at A P Securities Pvt. Ltd. and 2 years at Black Belt Commandos Security Systems Pvt. Ltd.

In his professional career ladder, he has grown from Field Officer, Area Manager, Operation Manager, Regional Manager to General Manager. He is a commerce graduate and holds certification as Security Practitioner by IISSM-International Institution of Security and Safety Management.
