Vishnu Mora

Vishnu Mora has 23 years’ experience in Facilities Management, Property Management and Construction Management. Vishnu is the Chief Operating Officer of Kapston for the past seven years. Prior to this, he was working in CBRE, Sodexo and Kalki Constructions. An MTech (Civil) from Osmania University, Vishnu exhibits strong leadership and networking skills.

Apart from operations, Vishnu is crucial to business addition and client retention. His last assignment was with CBRE heading Hyderabad operations for Facilities & Property Management for a period of 11+ years. A member of GACS and many FM Forums, Vishnu has meritorious certifications in ISO, EMS and Fire & Safety.
